While some of us (or is it just me) don’t think further of where to spend the next of what now appears to be an endless sequence of sunny & warm weekends, there are those who think a bit more in advance and work, work, work, as their name implies. The summer has not officially started yet, but Belgrade Workshop chose this hot and melting day to throw a little party to mark the arrival of their A/W collection. One of the shops that changed its romantic and trendy Dorćol location for air-conditioned, glass castle of Eurocentar mall in Makedonska Street, Belgrade Workshop did not change its starting idea and decision to be a place where the young and the talented will get their chance. So, the entire tender-colored collection was designed by Milan Zejak. It has a very ‘60s vibe to it, doesn’t it (and did I tell you 1000 times already how crazy I am about the ‘60s?)? Just look at those stylized white petals (very autumnish, when you think about it) - they must be my favorite detail. May I have your attention back for a moment? Please direct it to the photographs themselves, shot by promising young photographer (and graffiti artists, but he does that under his underground name) Nemanja Špoljaric. Don't forget I was the first who told you about him ('cause I surely won't be the last). And then check out the shoes too- but more about them on another occasion. |
