I was born in late October and therefore always had a privilege of copying with birthday blues in conditions of heavy rain showers and grey skies that could turn anyone into a “half glass empty” kind of person. So, not by my birth, but by my choice I can say I am a summer kind of person. Heat, long shadows, merciless sun - that is my cup of hot tea and my peace of melting cake. Come September, and this girl wants to run to the other side of the globe at least until next April. But, in spite of being such a die-hard fan of summer, when I see a silver lining in autumn clouds, I am the first to admit it. And I have found mine. Black Milk A/W 2010/11 collection by delicate Ana Ljubinkovic, one of the brightest talents in the young Belgrade fashion scene. Her dream-like designs now come with an edge and where once were flowers and frills now will be sharp and bold. Each fairytale has a dark moment, so this must be the one in the phantasmagoric and ornate world created by Ana. Here are the dresses that would melt hearts of every Evil Stepmother and that would turn any Cinderella or Snow-white at least a bit bad. And good for them, as it is a common knowledge that bad girls get all the fun.
