After one moving and numerous troubles with land lords, many’s favorite Kokliko shop was closed. Paris- Belgrade team of two behind the name had a great concept of selling French brands hanger to hanger with young Serbian fashion designers, so it is hard to believe that they have given it up completely. However, the web site that the owners of Kokliko have started as a part of their initiative to form a network of local designer boutiques in Dorcol quart in Belgrade is very much alive and kicking’.

These days, many local designers have received Facebook invitations to start selling in a brand new local store. The word spread in the speed of hi-speed internet, and pretty soon the owners were swamped with portfolios and mails. They are trying to make a selection out of that and the only thing that went public so far is that the opening is planned for the end of March. We are waiting.
